Balance Staffing is seeking a career-minded Stock Plan Administrator for a Client who is a leading independent designer, manufacturer and supplier of electronic subsystems to OEMs engaged in the computer, industrial, networking, telecommunications, aerospace and defense markets.

Summary:
Administers employee equity grant and purchase plan. Processes transactions with outsourced vendors and brokers for employee exercise of stock option and other equity grants. Answers employee questions and resolves problems regarding equity plans and grants. Maintains employee equity database, updating information and running required and requested summary and detail reports. Prepares and distributes grant documentation and agreements for new-hire and ongoing grants. Works on special projects related to equity granting and reporting.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

Manage the daily administration of our global equity incentive plans and act as the primary point person for equity related tasks, projects, employee queries, and management of our equity systems.

Perform accurate processing of employee stock option grants, exercises, employee terminations, and participant account updates.

Manage/perform the accurate processing of the company’s worldwide employee stock purchase plan

Support global mobility tracking and RSU/RSA release processing.

Compile reports to provide accurate equity reporting to our important collaborators including payroll, accounting, tax and mobility teams.

Maintain integrity of data in our online equity platform. Perform periodic review and reconciliations of equity transactions and participant data.

Develop partnerships with accounting, legal, and HR teams on relevant equity issues and disclosures.

Develop employee communication and educational programs, including presentations, responding to employee inquiries, creating training/educational materials, and managing an internal stock administration queue.

Provide excellent customer service to employees, management and collaborators.

Support strategies and participate in compensation projects e.g establishing global Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) and semi-annual enrollment and purchases.

Qualifications

5+ years of stock administration experience

Certified Equity Professional credential, required

US payroll knowledge
-
Broad experience with a range of equity compensation instruments and plans, including stock options, RSUs, RSAs, PSUs and ESPPs

Experience working in stock administration for public company

Experience with Equity Edge Online

Superior analytical capabilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail

Knowledge of regulatory and compliance matters as they relate to equity
