OVERVIEW: We are a rapidly growing accounting and tax firm that exclusively serves small-to-mid sized business clients via three offices across the country. With a strong industry reputation, we have shifted into our next phase of expansion and will be opening a new office in Phoenix, Arizona.
We are actively recruiting a talented Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in helping our Accountants obtain documents and information they need from new clients. This is a team that likes what they do and those they are doing it with. We are team players and value consistent, transparent communication. WHAT YOU’LL DO: As an Onboarding Specialist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a start-up, highly growth oriented small business accounting and tax firm. Your main responsibilities will be to work with Accountants, obtaining documents and other sensitive information from new clients. You will be part of a high energy, highly collaborative entrepreneurial environment, where your desire to build something special and to grow a firm is just as important as your technical ability!
WHAT YOU HAVE
Minimum of 2 years recent experience working with clients in a professional services or hospitality environment
Experience handling and maintaining confidential financial or legal information
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Collaborative attitude with exceptional customer service skills
Passion for helping small business owners solve problems
Must be experienced with MS Office
Desire to learn and grow your professional skills
